Here is a brief outline on our process.
Initial Contact
In this stage we will listen to your ideas for the application, understand how and who will be using the application to help us work within the suggested environment. We will also give our advice and ideas to help the design and look at the long terms implications of this application to hopefully spot any pitfalls.
Analyse Phase
Here we will become more involved in the idea and start to develop a functional & technical design of the application with you. Gathering the requirements and the specification of the application. Once this is complete we will review with you to ensure a full understanding has been achieved and that the deliverables are clear.
Development
During this phase we will start to develop and code the application. We will use the data from the analysis phase as the baseline for development of the functionality. Once the development is complete the application will be tested in-house to ensure quality of delivery.
Beta Release
Here we will start to release the application to some of you own teams for beta testing. You will use this in a test environment, but will use as if this were a live system. This will enable confirmation of the functionality and identification of any problems with the software such as performance. Bottlenecks. Any problems that are found will be rectified and re-tested in this environment.
Full Production Release
This is where we will release the application to your organisation for full usage. This will be in conjunction with any required training or process change to match.
Project Review
After the production release we will review the delivered application for functionality against the set of deliverables created in the analysis phase and also to ensure that you the customer are happy with the project.
