Enterprise Projects
Infosolving has over 7 years experience working in large scale IT enterprise environments. During this time we have gained wide-ranging exposure to a variety of projects from the largest end-to-end ERP system in to world to ERP boundary systems covering many functional areas of large scale business.

Oracle ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Working with the Largest end-to-end Oracle ERP system in the world, Infosolving staff were involved in the go-live phase of this project and also many major enhancements as the system evolved over a number of years.
High Velocity Logistics & Supply Chain Capabilities
Involved in a global project to enable high velocity, low touch shipping capability. This highly complex project required global co-ordination with Logistics and materials suppliers.
Supply Planning
Working with ERP systems and many boundary applications we were involved in ateam to enhance supply planning applications and data. The data was filtered and processed giving internal supply community greater visibility of supply forecast and final passing to external material suppliers.
Global HR Systems
This project involved transfer of over a 1000 people to an external company. The role taken here was to ensure that during this transfer no critical access was lost to support and development staff as employee status changed. This involved gathering the necessary data, make recommendations and ensure follow through so that the impact to the company was minimal.
