Track your customer data and sales process through the Merlin Enquiry application. This application will help lead your staff through a sales process recording the details of the relationship with the customer. From the initial Enquiry or opportunity creation it will then record details needed for analysis and management of your sales process. Along the way it will provide data allowing follow up of key sales elements such as Quotations & Appointments.
Merlin Enquiry has many features to save time and money that will lead to sales for your company. For instance there is a link to existing Stock, Sales Ledger and Supplier data from your financial system. Importing this data rather than re-entering has obvious benefits but it also allow utilisation of the data in the sales process. Being able to work with the existing Customer Records will enhance your relationship with them as you look to generate repeat business.
Document automation and centralization is another feature that will allow your company to share sales information between staff and enhance collaboration. From the stock master you can create a Customer Quotation. This can then be generated into a Microsoft Word Document template and stored on a file server. Other users can then work with this quotation and call back at the touch of a button.
